She received a BFA from Cooper Union in 2017. She has exhibited in San Francisco, Oakland and New York City, focusing on themes of nature, body, otherness, displacement and immigration. In 2017, she received the Michael S. Vivo Memorial Prize for excellence in drawing and the Awesome Foundation Grant in 2018 for Roots and Wings, a traveling installation project.
